Jim stopped by our home to provide us a a quote. He was on time for the appointment; actually arrived a little early. After inspecting the concrete, he recommended not mud jacking but suggested removal of the concrete. (Note- Jim doesn’t install concrete- only mud jacks!) He said we would be pouring money away if we mud jacked. Wow, I wish all business owners were as honest. If you want an honest estimate, in a timely manner, I’d recommend them every time.

He was very prompt, courteous and efficient. He said they would be able to come out the following week, which they did. Rick and his crew came as promised, leveled my driveway perfectly for the exact price as the quote. The guys were all friendly, efficient and neat. They appeared to enjoy their work and each other which says a great deal about the quality of the business. I have another project that I will be calling them to assist with later. Couldn’t find anyone in Lawrence KS to give us a quote, so I checked reviews and called Accountable Mudjacking LLC. Rick and Jimmy Jr. (yep, the boss’s son) did a terrific job raising our garage slab! I called on a Thursday, and two days later (a Saturday, no less!) the guys rolled up and jumped into action. It was a bit of a complex job and they took the time to go over all the options with me, we picked a course of action, and the guys knocked it out in 3 hours. Saved us boat loads of time and money! I knew when I saw the boss’s son busting his a** the entire time just as hard as the shop foreman was working, I’d picked the right company. So…prompt, professional, friendly, very competent, competitively priced, cleaned the garage and drive after, offered a 3 year warranty, and called back later to make sure I was happy. Guess what- I absolutely am!
